How Boarding Works
Each Dog sleeps in a 5 x 15-foot fully enclosed room inside our climate controlled buildings. Every room has a window to provide natural light, and talk radio is played in our buildings to keep our guests more relaxed, with the sounds of human voices.
While boarding with us, your dog will also get to join our playgroups with other dogs at no additional charge! Playgroups are three times per day each day for about 30 minutes each time, with the exception of Wednesdays, Sundays, and major holidays, when they are twice per day.
Your dog is welcome to bring his/her own food, or we can provide Costco's Kirkland Signature Adult Dog Food. Either way, there is no additional charge, whether you use our food, or you supply your dog's own special diet. We encourage you to bring your dog's own bedding or blanket, as well as any toys or chewies you feel comfortable leaving your dog alone in a room with. Please do not wash belongings before bringing them to us. Dogs are most comfortable when their own belongings smell like home.
Our facility works like a hotel, with check-in during the afternoon and check-out in the morning. For your convenience, we also allow you to drop off in the morning or to pick up your dog in the afternoon for an additional fee. This is a pro-rated fee to cover the used time and play groups.
