Overnight boarding

The nightly rate includes a 5' x 20' fully enclosed, heated and air conditioned painted concrete room with a window. Also included are three ½ hour playtimes each day, with other dogs of compatible temperament. The exceptions are Wednesday, Sunday, and major holidays, when there are two playgroups per day.

Feedings, and administration of pill medications, or medications which can be put directly in the food is also included, but can ONLY be done up to twice per day.

Our facility works like a hotel, with check-in during the afternoon, and check-out in the morning. We do allow you to drop off in the morning or to pick up your dog in the afternoon for an additional fee. This is just a pro-rated fee to cover the used time and play groups. We do charge extra for administering eye, ear, or body medications of any kind. We impose an additional $5 per day fee for any dog who is not spayed or neutered. However, we are no longer accept new dogs who are over the age of 6 months and who are not spayed or neutered.

A $60 no-show fee applies if you do not show up for a scheduled drop-off or pick-up, and you do not call to tell us you won't be coming. A $25 late cancel fee applies to off-season reservations canceled after 7:00AM the day prior to your scheduled check-in. Appointment fees vary and may be imposed if you arrive late for your scheduled appointment time, while our staff is still in the office.

All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Two dogs may share a room if, and ONLY if, they live in the same household (this must be confirmed by vet records) and they can eat together unsupervised. This means that when they come in from playgroups, their bowls will be waiting, and they get to decide who gets which bowl. We CAN NOT supervise feedings! Boarding your dogs in a shared room is at your own risk. Please do not ask us to put your dogs in a shared room if you believe that one dog would eat all of the food, or if there is any chance that they would fight over food. If your dogs do develop food issues during their stay, they will be placed in separate rooms for the remainder of the stay, and you will be charged for the second room. Even in separate rooms, your dogs will have time together during playgroups. Even though our rooms are large, we can only allow up to 2 dogs in a room.

We can administer pill medications, or medicines that can be put in your dog's food at no extra charge. Please be aware that we cannot give medications more than twice per day, and exact 12 hour intervals are not always possible. Please make sure that you pre-cut or split any pills that must be split, as we are not able to do this for you. If you normally give your dog medication hidden in cheese, hot dogs, or any other "extra" treat, please bring those items as well. There is an additional charge for any medications that need to be applied to any part of your dog, including eyes and ears.

Policies
• Deposits: Deposits are required for new customers, and at peak boarding times. All deposits are non-refundable. No changes or cancellations to deposited reservations without forfeiture of deposit.
• Appointment fees will be charged for late arrival. We can not be held responsible for customers missing scheduled appointment times.
• A $60 no show fee will be charged if you do not arrive when expected without notifying our staff.
• Late Cancel Fee $25 (must cancel before 7AM day prior to check-in) In cases of deposited reservations, there are no cancellations at any time without forfeiture of deposit.
• The customer is responsible for payment for all time booked for each dog booked by said customer.
